Months after the final release, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is still going strong. The minigame-turned-esport continually goes through iterations and patches, shedding skins and morphing into a real beast of a card game. It has a wistful past, a solid present, and a bright future.

Terrible Game
Terrible like the worst part of witcher3 the card game If I wanted to play cards, I wouldn't be playing computer games (why cant I give it 0 stars?)

Great game!
People are just shocked that it is different than the beta version. They do not appreciate change and amount of work which went into it. That is why we have so many complains here. It is still most rewarding card game on the market. Fun to play and learn. Not difficult to master but also with dept to it. I would not switch to any other.

A CCG for the less intelligent..
I played GWENT back in its beta days, and since then, its mechanics have only been dumbed-down, with more RNG, to suit the masses. That is, those who are entertained by shiny objects and have the attention span of 30 seconds or less. Comparing this game to MtG is like comparing the mind of Stephen Hawking to that of a lobotomized squirrel. Sure, it's nice to pass the time. But MtG takes more skill, more innovation, more intelligence, and just more patience, just to be competitive. Enjoy GWENT, or take your Addy to focus, and try the "Chess" of all CCG.. MtG.
