Story
The game tells the story of Vinnie Cannoli and his mob family, set in the fictional Thugtown circa 1925, the height of prohibition. While there are some faults that could use addressing (particularly with the lack of online play), Guns, Gore and Cannoli is an inspired ride, a top-notch mixture of 40's nostalgia and zombie-killing fun. If you're smart, you'll bring some buddies along to dish out the carnage alongside you, if only to see what true mayhem looks like. In a good way, of course.

Guns, Gore & Cannoli is a fun way to spend a few hours, especially if you have two or three friends over. It won't set the world on fire and isn't without its faults, but it knows what it is and doesn't try to do too much.

Considering Guns, Gore & Cannoli costs £6.99, it packs quite a punch for the price. There's a lot of fun to be had in the time the game lasts, and it looks great to boot. The exaggerated voice acting fits perfectly with the tone of the title and the story is surprisingly entertaining too. There's never a dull moment in Guns, Gore & Cannoli, and it ends just at the right time too. Vinnie may not be the most likeable protagonist in a game but he knows how to get the job done.

Simpke yet fun
It's obviously not as develloped ans detailed as other games, but the simplicity with sillyness of 1920's prohibition era bootlegging being the cause of zombie a pandemic makes it interesting and fun to pass the time. Basically its fun for killing time yet not feeling empty.

Guns and gangsters. Love it.
I really like this game. The developers put a lot of care into it and it shows. The art style; voice acting; and combat are really well done. And the 1920's is one of my favorite time periods..so a plus there too. A real good side scrolling shooter. I'm looking forward to GG&C 2.
