Grim Dawn - Loyalist Item Pack #2

Whether you're an old fan or just purchasing Grim Dawn, this fantasy-themed collection of vanity items allows you to bring out the classic fantasy hero within you. The items in this DLC can be applied to existing gear to transform the look while retaining the original stats.
The gear included does not provide any gameplay stats or bonuses of its own, other than impeccable style, and can be applied to other pieces of gear to change their appearance. Always wanted to vanquish your foes dressed as a royal knight or a mighty wizard? Well now you can!
The second Loyalist Item pack was introduced by the overwhelmingly positive demand from our players to have another option to support development at Crate Entertainment, and to look real good while doing it. Show off your support for Crate with a unique companion pet that will harmlessly follow you into any battle!
Loyalist Item Pack 2 items can be claimed in-game from the NPC "Lancel the Knight" who stands outside the gates of Devil's Crossing.
Note that for owners of the Ashes of Malmouth DLC, the items you receive from Lancel are added to your Illusionist collection rather than being applied directly to items.

Grim Dawn Loyalist Cosmetic Pack #2
I like this DLC pack. The Will-O-Wisp for the first Loyalist pack is pretty neat giving extra light. I'm more than happy to support Grim Dawn. Glad to see more DLC for this gloomy and immersive game.

Of Course It's Worth
The point of this isn't to get loaded up with tons of cosmetics, which would require tons of work. The point is to support a developer that has worked on the game and provided content long after making the sale. It's cool if you don't want to buy a few cosmetics, but some of us want to give them some support for all the hard work and dedication to this game. There's a reason this game is better than Diablo, and it's because the developers worked harder and had a lot more integrity than those s*** birds at Activision/Blizzard. Glad to give them some money, and the cosmetics are pretty nice.

Cosmetic armor and/or a tip to Crate
Your opinion of this DLC largely depends on how you view it. On its own merits, it's $9 for 6 sets of cosmetic armor, with 2 of those 6 sets being reskins (White/Dark Wizard, Silver/Black Knight), and a companion pet. So 4 unique sets, 2 reskins, and a pet. It's a terrible value, and carries on the tradition of overpriced cosmetic DLC introduced by Bethesda's Horse Armor back in 2006. Or you can view it as a $9 tip to Crate Entertainment for making Grim Dawn, in exchange for which you get some cosmetic armor. If you love Grim Dawn so much that you want to give Crate a tip for making it, and have already purchased all the DLC that actually add playable content, this DLC is a great way to do so.
