This is a really great game and must buy
Very well polished, has a lot of replayability and its good a lot of story content. this is a GOG game you do not want to pass up!

PC version is constantly crashing
Was dreaming to get this game for a long time, finally has bought it on birthday and started to play. All my expectations were met, the atmosphere, story, gameplay were just great - but just for first 5 minutes. Another game start, another crash in less than 10 minutes. I've read a lot of forums, tried many approaches to fix this issue (including reducing graphics settings and increase of virtual memory - nothing helped. It's very sad but this masterpiece was very poorly ported to PC - have requested to money refund for now. It looks like complains in forums do not make any impact on Sony - hope that numerous refunds and money loss will finally pay their attention to this annoying issue with such a wonderful game.

Pretty good
Good, fun game, with a bit annoyong UI and hint cards gallore, and an unfortunate design flaw that is the savegame system, with limited save slots and absolutely no way to manage and delete older savegames...

Good Story, Ehhhh Gameplay
You have to understand something going into God of War 2018 - this is a game all about its story. If you're for that? You'll probably have a good time. If you try to treat it like the old God of War games though, and expect nothing but combat and melodrama? This ain't it. For me, I'm conflicted, as I enjoy both styles, and the way the 2018 entry tries to square things between them is heavily in favor of the cutscenes and dialogue as opposed to combat that truly feels intuitive. Also, unless played on PC, the camera controls are horrendously sluggish - do not play this on a controller if you have the option.

The next step
Being a fan of the original trilogy with all its brutal and gory violence, when the fourth part was announced I didn't know how to react, I was happy with Kratos comeback, but it wasn't the Kratos I remembered, yet... After you play the game you get this is the correct way to continue the story, what else could be? Kratos obtain his vengeance in God of War 3 and the world was destroyed, you have to rebuild and that is what Kratos will try to do across the game keep moving forward, searching for another reason to live, searching for forgiveness, searching an opportunity to make things differently. Great graphics, great soundtrack, great story, great and powerful combat, I just can recommend this game, it's yours the the decision to play it or not, but if you do, you will live a great redemption story!
