About the game
They took your freedom. It's time to take it back!
Freedom Fighters is an intense third-person action game set in an alternate history New York during the invasion of a foreign superpower. Take on the role of Chris Stone, a hard-working plumber, and rise through the ranks of the resistance to prove yourself as a charismatic leader.
Liberate supplies, scavenge weapons and use the 'recruit and command' system to grow the resistance and lead up to 12 freedom fighters into strategic conflicts throughout the campaign. Travel across the city and complete interconnected missions where your actions in one level affect the battles in another.
Originally released in 2003, IO Interactive's cult classic is now available digitally in its original form for the first time.
About the soundtrack
The Freedom Fighters Soundtrack features 18 tracks that are produced by acclaimed music composer Jesper Kyd. Combining live choir performances by the Hungarian Radio Choir with techno beats and other electronic instruments, Kyd effortlessly captures the vibe of the game and the epic quest to liberate New York from a foreign superpower.

"WHERE IS YOUR GIRLFRIEND, CITIZEN?"
Pretty good classic, but I remember a problem that W10 had with this game, which made everything "run" too faster and walk over invisible, and I don't know if this version fixed it or not. However, I'd wait, in my case, for the price to drop a little more and definitely buy it.

When fiction becomes reality.
As a kid playing this game back in the day I never would have dreamed that in the near future Marxists would in fact invade America and completely subvert American culture but here we are. Freedom Fighters provides an excellent way to vent your frustrations at the current regime ruining the west by letting you kill as many filthy commies as possible. It's quite cathartic really. Hats off to the writers for nailing the communist rhetoric and talking points so well. It goes without saying that you might want to make a backup of this game while you can, we all know it won't be available forever if the current party running things stays in power.

No way -another "great" game from 20 years ago at 12$ - you know what costs 12$ ? -"HoldFast -Nations at war " (an example ,game from our times), The Drone Racing League Simulator (year 2017),Pro Cycling Manager (franchise every year) -not this joke-NOT AT THIS OUTRAGEOUS PRICE- like the heck? so from 5,99 a while ago ,you didn't dropped ,but increased the .....yeah whatever ..you make me sick... go look every platform supports their customers by adapting to their needs ,giving and offering them freebies,opportunities according to pandemic ,except FOR YOU NO COMMON SENSE SMART BEEP BEEEP BEEEP.Jesus...don't you realise how ridiculous you are?
