Storytelling game on rails
Pretty much an absolute drag. I get what the writers and the director wanted from this but this is limited and very much pointless. The story is trying to sound terrifying but you're just sitting there thinking, "why are you doing this?" only for your idiotic character to do the scary movie victim trope of being the damsel in distress. The main antagonist of the whole game is basically the dead space 2 Nolan Stross. And I hated that guy in that game. This game pumps up that kind of pathetic terror because no matter what you do, he will not be defeated until the curtain closes. Absolute terrible "game" if your actions mean nothing. Can't even call this a choose your own adventure game and no wonder I got it for free, no one wants it.
