Flatout 3?
I have Flatout 1 and 2 and have ruined my controller playing them. Any chance there is a Flatout 3 for Linux in the works? I bought a new controller. (I think this sums up how I feel about this game.)

Good for some fun
Fun arcade racer, but the handling feels very sluggish. It actually feels like a 30fps racer even if you are maxing out the framerate to the allowable 100. Lots of it still holds up: actually still looks pretty good, meaty career and events, fun nostalgia in the soundtrack, good car selection, fun destruction. But the handling. I understand this game should have weight, you crash into stuff. But it feels like driving an ocean liner (yes even the faster cars) plus, sometimes the AI can really suck. Crazy rubberbanding and they often would rather take you out to make you lose than win the race themselves. Fun for a while and cheap. Oh, and the framerate will stutter unless you have g-sync or the like.

A real classic
Even without the graphical enhancements of Ultimate Carnage, Flatout 2 is incredibily deep and fun!

nice visual - bad mechanics
Poorest game design you could see in wrecle racing games (catch up system is not really funny).
