Never played it, but...
I have never played this game, and to be frank I'm not really interested in it either, but I'm just giving it 5 stars to counter the 1-star "reviews" by the two Germans below who didn't review the game either and just whine about the topic. This isn't a political forum, so take your opinions to Greenpeace.

Played Barents version mostely, but...
Just as Drakhor, I find politically motivated "one-star" reviews to be malicious, pretentious and out of place here. I'm levelling it with "five-star". Realistically it's an ok game. More variations than the previous version, but more demanding for your hardware too. I find it to be a serene game, relaxing and enjoyable.

Fishing North Atlantic
I have this title on Steam, I never had major issues with the game crashing though there were a bunch of early release bugs. Unfortunately my system that can play it died so haven't been able to play in a while, but I did enjoy the game. just not as much as the first one, Fishing Barents Sea.

Apology from a German
As a German, I need to apologise on behalf of the two other german persons who reviewed this game with 1 star. The politicaly motivated reviews are unacceptable in every way and should be removed by GOG. I hope that the users (Thorsten_Hunaeus and 85459362875) did not and will not review bomb any other games because of political views. Because I already saw some gameplay on Youtube and only wait for it to be on sale, I give the game 5 Stars as well. And I salute and thank -> (Danke) Drakhor and Srximus for counter reviewing!

The fast travel helps a lot
There's a good variety of fishing boats to try out. Note that a few of them, even cheap ones that can be useful early on, will have to be discovered in a fjord before they're available to buy.
