Bullet time masterpiece
Not much to say. F.e.a.r 1 is simply one of the best FPS ever made. It's a long, linear single player campaign where each level is a sequence of very comprehensive arenas that makes the stealler enemy AI shine. Bullet time adds layers upon layers to the combat system. Enough reading, go play it!

Holds Up Really Well
I finished this back on the Xbox 360 but doing it again on PC in 2025 and this still holds up really well. The AI is impressive, the slowmo is tons of fun, and it looks pretty good too, considering how old it is.

finally a good port
for modern systems, gog is the only way to go, unless you wanna mess around with the echo patch, windows compatability blah blah blah. Thanks gog.
