Super immersive tactical shooter!

A fun and immersive slow paced tactical shooter that tests your aiming, reflexes, situational awareness and ability to make quick decisions. The AI in this game is notoriously smart and difficult to fight, which leads to each battle feeling unique and satisfying. The world of FEAR is immensely detailed, with some of the best sound design I've seen in a game period. If you're a fan of psychological horror and shooters, please check this one out. It's a super well made fusion of the two genres, even if the story is a bit generic and poorly delivered.

One of the greatest FPS

In 2025 this game still holds up. The gunplay, the level design, the AI was all cutting edge when it was released and it still is - quite fankly. I wish there were more imatitors out there but at least there is Trepang

Monolith at Their Best

Tight controls, awesome level design and the atmosphere is top notch. Between this and AvP2, this is one of my favorite shooters.
