The Rabbit & Pork DLC Update is here! Read the full changelog HERE.
Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

I was excited to play this but was super disappointed once I had finally escaped the lab and joined the vagabonds because after a few seconds of being with them the game crashed, no big deal right? wrong now the game instantly crashes once I attempt to load any of the saves that I have. such a shame to this looked so good. unfortunately I'm going to have to wait for them to fix this but gog does not tell you if there's an update like nexus does
10 hours in and every save i have wont load an crashes. so disapointed.. couldve been good but in pure "bethseda" fasion bugs ruin everyting. thanks a lot
My experience with Fallout London wasn't perfect. I spent about 15 minutes following instructions and trying to get around a persistant crash during the opening cinematic. In the end, I found a simple workaround (Press T during the cinematic to skip it), and was able to enjoy the game. I have not run into any crashes during gameplay as of yet.
Once they patch the bug, I will go back and watch the cinematic :D
Bethesda (read Todd) doesn't like New Vegas because it upstaged Fallout 3. Hence no "New Vegas 2" or its equivilent for Fallout 4. Fallout London is a good example of what a passionate team can do with the same engine, honestly creating a far superior product to Fallout 4. Granted, it is still a bit of a rough patch as they finish things up (its a small volunteer team), so I wouldn't say it's a 1 to 1 with New Vegas. But very much in the same spirit, and definitely the best total conversion mod for Fallout 4 to date. And with the passion of the team, I think we can expect a lot of polish moving forward. As we know, its not Bethesda that fixes their games, but the Modders.
I am going to be spending a lot of time in London.
Great to wander the streets I've lived and worked in most of my life!
Another excellent example of what can be made with love and skill rather than money and hordes of people (Stalker Anomaly 64bit as a prime example).
First off, after repeated CTDs on initial install (full offline installs, no GOG Galaxy even, running at 2560x1440, ultra on an old 1050ti laptop) I then followed RTFM principles and used the provided config files. After that, almost none to the point I've roamed through most central locations and established a base (seem to be some issues with loading perhaps too much in Eastern locations, I've tried reloading and taking differing routes to destination to work around).
Certainly in need of polishing from dialogues and map glitches, to companions disappearing (sure I had a dog?!) and other Fallout standards like stuttering but overall an excellent total conversion with a very London twist and stunning weapon mods.
So, make sure you've got a good cuppa inside you, first things first of course, don't go postal or drop your conkers and have a jolly old time in Blighty!
Congratulations to the FOLON team and thanks to GOG for providing a straightforward way to play (mods seem to hate my machine). I repurchased FO4 on GOG specifically for FO London and it feels like money well spent. I'm just over 5 hours into the game and it feels like I’ve barely scratched the surface. Stability hasn’t been too bad, I had the train crash-crash and had to reload three times to get passed it. I've only had two other crashes so far (curiously also taking three attempts to continue).
The game itself is tough (maybe a bit too tough), ammo is in short supply and enemies are tanky, but it makes the game feel incredibly tense and edgy – a real survival experience, which is what I want from a Fallout game. The game world looks fantastic, the voice acting has been great, and being British, I love all the touches and details that have been added, and I’m genuinely digging the lore. Brilliant.
