Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

This review is a sort of beesechurger: two negatives with a positive in the middle.
Given the problem caused when Bethesda released a major update that broke this mod, it is unsurprising that after many hours exploring this new part of the Falloutverse, I have finally run into a major bug that simply crashes to desktop on start.
Despite this, the vision and effort in this mod is nothing short of unmissable. I actually laughed at some of the wittiness shown several times. If you can get it running in a stable condition, you'll have more fun than the original FO4 (because no settlement management!)
However, I do hope that Team Folon are working on updating the mod to work with the latest version of FO4. Currently, the installation process, even on GOG, is more than a little cumbersome and on Steam at the moment it's downright unreliable.
Still! Don't be discouraged, GOG actually works quite well. So "Keep Calm and Carry On", as they say in France!
I am very disappointed that I was able to finally play this on a decent gaming PC only to have it crash 3 times right after selecting new game on the main menu, and then when it goes to a black screen and shows it's loading on the right-hand bottom corner, as soon as the white line shows, the game freezes. I checked my requirements for Fallout 4, and I have the right specs to play on recommended. I give Fallout London 3 stars for the time, and I guess I'll just wait for the bugs to get worked out and try again some other time. Bethesda should be grateful for the ideas and extra attention and even help assist their modders, who have genuine new approaches, but they haven't fixed several old bugs of their own official games and leave modders trying to fix their crap while still making money. They never work out the bugs to avoid FREEZES and force their customers, who pay, to be limited to what they can do with the game they purchased, which is not actually their business unless others are playing online with other people. They have no right to force people who paid with their money, and even on G.O.G. being DRM-free, I still am forced to have to install G.O.G. Galaxy and then reinstall or verify to repair each time I have to log into G.O.G. on different P.C.s to play... The BBB should be investigating and forcing many companies to stop selling things they never manage to bother fixing while pushing more and more out, making more money just to get awards for never fixing their many other games. Bethesda should have people helping modders to at least get their games to run properly. I love the effort others put in making something fresh and new, but anyway...hopefully the kinks will be worked out so I can play it, so until then, 3 stars.
an absolutely brilliant mod. Cant wait to see what team falon does next! My only criticism is the settlement system. There are some really wicked settlements in the mod but they're all a bit bugged other than Covant Garden. Hope for a patch soon. But seriously i cannot recommend this mod enough!
