Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Summary
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.

I have to say this is one of the most well made Fallout mods I have ever seen, however, I can't really get over the fact theres game breaking glitches that have still yet to be patched officially by the team to my knowledge, there are times where I have to frustratingly go through console commands and forums just to get a quest completed or for it to progress, even before I installed mods which shouldn't have conflicted that much with the game, yet somehow it still happened. I would of given this a higher score before, though due to the bugs Im giving it a lower score. Either install mods that fix the bugs or wait until its in a workable state that teh community deems acceptable

Literally constant crashes!!!!
I've tried Buffout 4 and every other required mod as well as follow each install instruction to a tee...this is just unplayable. Great when it doesn't crash. Literally only completed one mission now I'm stuck in a loop of crashes. DISAPPOINTED

Mostly good, some less so.
Fallout 4 plays the best of the fallout games, so it is a great basis to build on, which I think London does successfully. It is content rich, well written, and despite Urban Sprawl and accompanying countryside being well trodden ground for Fallout (as both Fallout 3 and 4 is like that), Post-War London is a well realized location. The game does have that undeniable "Mod Feel", between the varying quality of the acting and recording (though I can't think of anything bad, with major characters all being very well done), a few places where even pretty natural behavior isn't accounted for, and the large number of real world weapons modelled. My biggest complaint honestly is that, unlike 4 or New Vegas, none of the endgame faction are represented before the mission right before you open up joining them (excepting the faction of the main antagonist, which is purposefully mysterious), rather than introducing them early so you can vibe check them. Also unlike 4 and NV, rather than getting a small number of missions for each faction before you get a warning that you will be locked into their questline until the end, here in London once you go sign up for a faction and get their proper quest, you are locked in, with said antagonist faction giving you 1-2 (i forget precisely) before it locks out the rest. On a personal note, i am saddened by the lack of energy weapons with their only really being 2, and one unique ballistic weapon that has been converted to energy.
