A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

actually amazing! hard as heck, finally plateaus a little by level 14. bugs are little bad but could be worse for what they have done with this mod! need to fix Churchill though... he's so cute but he always disappears and then just randomly reappears. worth a download just to look at some of these environments crafted.
4.5/5
Fallout: London is a mod for people who love Fallout made by people who share an even bigger love for Fallout, and it can't be interpreted in any other way. It has unified the Fallout community with a goal to make what every Fallout fan always wanted and what Bethesda could never give them, and they've done just that. The FOLON team has taken everything great about the Fallout series and made it a completely overhauled experience that is nothing short of amazing. And when I say overhauled, I mean completely overhauled - new world, new characters, new weapons, new consumables and items, new factions and new enemies. I've waited a couple of weeks longer for the official release and I'm very glad I did because my experience was almost seamless - even after I ultimately included almost 100 of my own favorite mods.
So what makes Fallout: London so good? It's an incredibly detailed world and it takes all the mechanics we loved, not just from Fallout 4, but previous games such as Fallout: New Vegas. Whereas Fallout 4 pretends to be an RPG, this is a true RPG experience - I'd say even equally good as Fallout: New Vegas. With every minute I've spent playing Fallout: London I was exponentially impressed by just how much thought was put into it, and the amount of work must have been astounding.
I did have a couple of bugs, but none of them were game breaking. Most of the time I would just have to skip one part of the quest in order to resolve it. And it has been a case in 4 quest only.
I wouldn't call myself a diehard Fallout fan, but I've spent a significant amount of time enjoying these games, and I must admit that this might be my most favorite Fallout experience next to New Vegas. It includes everything I ever wanted from a Fallout game and it's such a funny and entertaining piece of content that I can only recommend this to everyone wholeheartedly. Next to that, there are incoming fixes and most importantly, even more content.
Yes, this mod has bugs. Tons of them. Some of them quest breaking or even game breaking. But it's competely free and the devs are working on fixing glitches all the time. Just join the Dischord server to report problems, and the team addresses them almost immediately.
In a year's time, this will be the best Fallout game ever released by the modding community. If you hate bugs, just wait until then. It will still be free.
simply put, starfield or fallout london?
if i had to choose, is an easy one. i bought every fallout and elder scrolls game when they released since fallout 1 back in the day (showing my age now!) to support the company asap due to my love of both universes, except starfield. got fallout london instead. better game. more polished, less bugs, better experience, very little beth bullshit to deal with but still a little (kudos to the creators for making chicken salad out of chicken shit, they sorted out a lot of those consistent bugs were all used to with beth games), memorable characters, interesting quests, great level design (a few dungeons in particular are award winning imo) and overall, the immersive experience as i have been craving since new vegas.
i played starfield, it made me lose respect for bethesda, "it just works" comes to mind.
team folon took the fight to beth and delivered better than starfield.
a well earned 5 stars from a high standard contrarian gamer
