Please note: With GOG GALAXY you can skip updates you dislike by either disabling the auto-update option (for your whole library or per game) or by using the Rollback Feature and choosing the game version that you want to have. If you're using Offline Installers, game updates are done manually and always up to you.
Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all the following add-ons:

Fallout 4 is a Pleasant Surprise
I hated Fallout 3 because it was a slog through a disguting terrain turning bloody meat into bloodier meat. Fallout 4 has a good story and fun characters. The gore underscores the darkness of the environment rather than being the point of the game.

You have to fix it to play it
You have to manually reset frame rate limit to 30 fps to make this game run on a modern pc. Other than that its the okayest.
