Please note: With GOG GALAXY you can skip updates you dislike by either disabling the auto-update option (for your whole library or per game) or by using the Rollback Feature and choosing the game version that you want to have. Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes the base game and all the following add-ons:

Oddly different from the Steam version
I had finished the game multiple times on Steam, then got it on GoG to make it easier to install Fallout London. Afterwards, I tried playing just the unmodded game, and I'm getting bugs that I have never gotten on Steam (across multiple playthroughs!).

Broken game
the game runs on minimal settings on RTX2060 and 16GB of ram. The game is released in 2015. The Witcher 3 looks amazing on this setup, but not Fallout 4. Still, gonna earn all achievements tho
