lots of bugs but lots of fun!
There are definitly a lot of bugs in the game, but the story and open world makes it fun. I played this after FO4 and FNV. There are a lot of modding guides out there to help with the bugs and overhaul some quests or designs. It was a learning curve to figure out the gameplay coming from a more recent fallout title, but nothing unbareable.

do not buy...does not work on WIN 10/11
warn you against buying on GOG. The game still does not work on Win 10 or Win 11 - it crashes on startup or crashes to the desktop after a few moments of playing yes, I know there is INTEL HD bypass - but sooner or later the game goes to hell... GOG support stubbornly refuses to upgrade to version 1.7.0.4 - now you know why it does not work - because the game works on STEAM & EPIC. Cool - right?

Game crash Windows 11
Fantastic game, however crashes on start. Tried every possible repair from tech support to DLL, Mods, compatibility and so on...and will not work, buyer beware

Thank you Gog, I can finally play this classic again without all the crashes and manual patches required to play it on Steam! Oh and the game is awesome also.

first time playable
I've bought this game 3 times and this was the first copy that i was able to play all the way through. I did have one crash to desktop, reloaded and was able to continue. honestly the least buggy play through of a Bethesda game I've had in a while, i dont know what good old games did to make it playable but it seems to work. i was playing on a windows 8 machine.
