Unstable, bad

Empire Earth 3 is a real let down of a game, seemingly ending what could have been a great series. The problems with Empire Earth 3 can be summed up fairly quick - Unstable, poorly optimized This game was made in 2007 but does not fully support modern machines. Playing at 1920x1080 is not true high resolution, but is a stretched image. The camera also has a very narrow view not letting you see a good view of the game, making a huge battlefield feel disappointingly small. It also crashes, frequently and easily. There does not appear to be a ready fix for this issue, as there wasn't an official patch to address crashing and nobody really cares to create a mod to fix it. - Short game length Empire Earth has an epic scale, a scale which really make Empire Earth unique. Empire Earth 3 slightly retains this feel, ranging from 'ancient' to 'future' tech eras. I say slightly because there is really about six eras, with massive jumps in technology (slingers to trench guns). I never really felt like I reached future era, I only noticed when my units started carrying guns shooting things.

Better than purists would have u believe

Idk what any tryhards and purists say this game, when its not having graphical issues for me, is so much fun. I LOVE the soundtrack, the voice acting and just the vibe of the game. For me its hitting at a good time in my life when I want some nice fun chill laid back rts action. This game has it. Don't believe the hardcores that poop on this game. This is great and deserves more love to polish up its old game tech problems. There is gold here you just gotta wanna see it. 10/10

Weak realese of the series

The first EE was a burst of wonder when released and still is for my money ... but when I bought this version when it came out disappointment was not even close to how I felt . Very much the worst of the series .. The first being the best .

Nostalgia on, Broken game out.

Have you ever had that one game that you remeber so fondly and loved it in your early teens ? Did you buy this game fully knowingly that it has bugs and major glitches and doesnt work well VS the CD version? This is my short opinionated review of Empire Earth 3. The game is great imo, i loved how the age proggression works but some how i remmber it diffrenlty from the CD version vs the digital copy one that i own right now. The game works when it works, but when it doesnt, oh boy, Get your Ctrl+Alt+Delete ready cuz the game crashed or ( this just happened to me ) used one of the heroic units special ability and the UI starts flickkering violently. Do i have buyers remorse for buying this game here, yes absolutly, Would i buy this game in a diffrent version or playform? YES, cuz i love this game for nostalgia reasons.
