the randomizer keeps this game fresh. manage resources, have no regrets. it's a turn-based builder game if thats your thing.

Boring and Repetitive
A turn based strategy game, where you have very limited options. It is like, you chose the only obvious action and then click end turn. To be fair, there may be two or three but not interconnected. And you do this 100rds of times. There is no long time planing. There is no strategy in combat. There is no decent tecnology. It is just - mind dead - click on... Not bad for the first 50 turns if you expect there will be something happening later on. But it stays just this way. Grafics are good. Sounds minimal. Fun of playing: Decreesing the longer you play. I mean how dumbed down are games these days... I really hate that I spend under 4 Euros for this crap.

Not an Ancient Egypt City Sim
TLDR: great art and fun mechanics, not a game. This is an educational tool with game aspects. (BTW, I couldn't come close to achieving the goals set forth during my play throughs and the DEVS expect me to believe the ancient Egyptians were capable of the tasks set forth. NOPE, there is something missing in the calculations. There are never enough resources or population). There is one map. Every game starts in the same place and plays exactly the same, over and over and over. The AI is brutal (even in the tutorial). I love the art and mechanics. This COULD/WOULD be a really great game. HEY DEVS, make an Ancient Egypt City Sim. Give me random maps and random things to do. I will buy it.
