Eador is a universe made of countless shards of land drifting in the Great Nothing. Each of the shards is a little world unto itself, with geography and citizens of its own. The power over the shards is bitterly contested by Masters, the immortal beings mortals believe to be gods.
Take the role of a mighty Master and shape the destiny of Eador, on land and within the astral plane itself. Explore the land and rule provinces as you see fit, defend them, and keep the populace in line or they may rebel. Choose from thousands of items--swords, spells, weapons, armor, and more--to outfit the heroes you recruit so they may best meet any challenge. Keep your heroes healthy and they will grow stronger as they gain experience from battle. Forge alliances and engage in the delicate art of diplomacy as you negotiate trade agreements or wage war against a mutual foe. I am young again
TBS are dying genre. This is why every time new title is published my hopes goes up to the sky. This time I wasn`t dissapointed. High level of replayability, classic gameplay, good story. And the most important: the one more turn syndrome. What can I say ? Nearly perfect game in this grim days for good quality products. If only the sounds could be a little bit better I would totally lose myself to this game :)

Mouse Lag
Complete waste of money due to huge mouse lag. The fix requires changing your system power profile every time you run the game, which isn't worth bothering for me. If you think you want to spend time tinkering every time you play (on a relatively recent game), others suggest this is a good purchase.

Great game
It got me totally addicted, unfortunately I dont have time for game addictions anymore as a fresh father. Whenever I can I play this game though. There are allready plenty of reviews that explain what kind of game this is, so im not going there. Just want to respond to the many people that said that even beginner is extremely hard. Since im no progamer, usually playing average or just above average skill level with turn based games these comments did scare me at first, but after playing the tutorial I started my campaign and it really wasnt hard at all. I allready moved up a difficulty level and its still easy! So I only made this review to say that the game certainly isnt that hard. Beginner tip: on the tiny and small maps start with a scout, build a forge and then the building that allows you to recruit swordsmen. Get 3 swordsman and start conquering the free settlements which are the easiest to capture provinces. Remember, always expand if possible. More land = more income.
