Just how I remembered. Fantastic game, runs perfectly on windows 7 using compatibility mode for windows 2000.

I've read the other comments saying it crashes on windows 7. Well I have to say so far so good. I've been able to play through the first two missions of the game without any problem. There is a patch from GOG you have to apply. It's great to play this unique kind of game again, and it's a pity that they don't develop more games like this. I'm sure people would love it.

This version from gog works on my 64bit windos 7 version. I did nothing but installing my gog download and it functions great! I was sceptical at first, because of the many negative reactions, but it turned out to be fine. And I didn't have to tweak anything.

While it may crash, flicker, or have some memory leak issues, this game is just too good for any of that to matter. If you're having issues running it on Windows 7, try the following: * Turn off Aeros * Right click the shortcut and go to compatibility mode * Run it in Windows 2000 mode > check all but the first box > run as admin * Go to the target window (the place that shows where it's running from) and add the following: -softwarefilter -32biteverything -disablegamma * Run the game and make sure it's in 800x640 * Uncheck all boxes and turn shadows to 0 This should help quite a bit, but there will still be a few issues. Just work through them and enjoy the damn game.
