No other game like it!
So glad its here on gog! My old copy lost long ago. This game is funny, has great stratagey and very different. Its both easy to play and control your monsters, great detail and very good AI system. Just download it! If you never played it you dont know what your missing!

Great on Netbook
I have just bought the GOG version for my netbook. Runs seamlessly (on windows XP). Does crash every now and the so save often (but I can name lots of games that are worse offenders for this). Many have reported issues on Windows 7, so if you have that i would stay clear. Good game and works fine on my netbook.

Cool Game
Totaly awesome! Only one problem... Why not a DK3!! Killing heroes and slapping your minions around.

Version problems
The game is overall very enjoyable - my only problem with it is that due to this being the official last version, several bugs are in there - most of all leading to no spawning dark angels or dark knights... the patch procedure is quite easy but not the easiest - there is an inofficial patch 1.73 you can use - use google to find the best procedure.

I got this in a gamestop years ago...
and I'm a huge fan of it, even just playing around in the pet dungeon mode is hours of entertainment
