Solid gameplay but questionable polish
The gameplay feels solid and accessible for me (I don't typically play driving games). It's fun and the art style is lovely. Plenty of tracks and a variety of cars and customisable options are a lovely touch too. There is a large amount of unpolished aspects, from floating structures, to inconsistent audio (Lots of tyre screeching in first person).

Don't judge it too harshly!
It's no realistic rally simulator or anything of the sort - what it is, however, is a quirky, fun arcade rally game with charming graphics. It may be lacking a few things for immersion, and it certainly doesn't do everything perfectly (co-pilots can be annoying, getting the controller to play nice too, just to name some), but it's a game that does a nice job at giving you space to have a go at cars that are clearly inspired by well known rally machines of the past. It won't be your game for 300h of gameplay, but it's a neat fit for that lazy rainy sunday afternoon or for you and your friends to compete for times when you have them around.
