Do believe the hype!
This is a fun little game, the best kind of "relaxing stuff after a long day". Collect fishes, upgrade your ship, explore islands, reveal the story - not very challenging, not cutting edge, not an epic history, but very solid in every department from the graphic design to the simple, but enjoyable gameplay. To me it delivered more than many overpadded AAA titles.

Great game
I'm 10 hours in and the core gameplay loop still feels fresh and not grind-y or repetitive. The graphics look good and help create the mysterious, spooky atmosphere that fits with the story. There is a good amount of side quests that reward exploration. Overall, the game feels polished and is a great experience

Too repetitive.
The gameplay starting off is good but the longer you stick with it the more tedious/boring the gameplay becomes. I regret this purchase. I don't think the game had enough content to justify the price $24.99. The fishing, the trading, the questing, the research, and basically every other mechanic in the game becomes tedious/repetive and a chore to do. The monsters in this game are unkillable. Being able to fight them would have made the game more interesting and bearable.

Neat!
A cute, nicely designed and peculiarly addictive game. Very enjoyable, just hard enough to be challenging, but not too hard. Like it very much!
