Fun Lovecraftian-themed fishing game
Fun Lovecraftian-themed fishing game. The fishing and ship-piloting gameplay loop are fairly basic, but the collection aspect and the story and atmospheric frills give it some longevity. Interface and UI could be better and prevented me from pursuing some of the rarer achievements, but I suspect most people won't be as bothered as I was.

Addictive fishing and panic loop
I've always been something of a coward myself. I remember playing Minecraft in survival mode back when I was 14 yrs old and at the brisk sunset I would hide my neck under the dirt to avoid dealing with the mobs. I hadn't relived that feeling until I started playing Dredge, with its initially unforgiving and strict day/night cycle that promises to soften as you upgrade you vessel to chart new courses towards unknown waters, always driven by an ever-present sence of exploration.

Hard but good
The speed of the boat anoys at first, but soon you realize that research has to be made, the map is small but diverse, with each area well designated, interesting quests and characters along with theirs stories
