It's a Rip-Off - Avoid even if on Sale
I've just bought this, but GoG does not allow either the online installation or the download of the offline installer. The online installation gets stuck at 2%, then GoG assumes the game is correctly installed, which it self-evidently is not, and, because it is not, you cannot uninstall it either. Get your act together, GoG. As for me, I'm going to return this right now.

Decent gameplay - horrendous graphics
The models and textures are Playstation 2 quality. The facial animations are nightmare fuel. This game is an eyesore. If you can get past that, the story seems interesting and the gameplay is good.

Really wanted to like it, but...
...for some reason I can't. Having been a RPG-fan ever since Ultima 7 and Ultima Underworld, and being a big fan of RPG's like Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, Gothic, and so on, I thought I would enjoy this. But it's just not there. The way it looks, the way it plays, the way the story evolves, the way it handles saves... No, just no. I might give it yet another go, and maybe my opinion will change, but I doubt it.

Clunky, odd, but very nice
At first this game feels a bit like a bad console to windows port, however, if you spend a little time to learn navigating the clunky menus it is easy to fall in love with this game, and everything is forgiven ;-) This game is good for hours of entertainment, exploration and lots and lots of situations you have to start over and over and over again. It realy is worth the money!
