Classic Wii game revamped Terrible price
Epic Mickey was a fun title for the Wii plagued with control/navigation issues at that time due to the hardware requirements of a Wii title (motion controls and autofollowing of the camera). This is the exact same game with revamped modern graphics and a control scheme benefiting a modern controller with 2 analogue sticks for camera and movement which actually make the game's platforming and paintbrush action (combat) much more precise. There are also additional moves for Mickey such as Dash, Ground Pound and Sprinting to alleviate the original slow navigation style of Mickey. The sound is great, the animation is great, everything is great....but nothing really fundamental has changed other than visually about this game. There are no voice overs or anything of that sort. So, while I do appreciate the liberation from the Wii and the preservation of a charming game...there is absolutely no reason to justify such an inflated price tag. It's a solid 4 stars, but at this price it's a measly 3.
