Classic dungeon crawler still great
Diablo 1 still has some of the best atmospehere and music of any game. Some of the quality of life updates in the later games aside, the main part of the game is still alot of fun. Exlporing dungeons, killing monsters, leveling up, finding better gear etc. Played all 4 classes on Hellfire (the updated HD setting and Jog feature in town are helpful). Definitely worth the replay avery year or so.

Classic
One of the best games ever. I can remember playing this game endlessly in 1996. Sure it feels dated, but at the time it was one of the best. I still have it sitting on my shelf. The sound effects and music still hold up. If you are building a collection of greatest hits, then you have to have this one.

It's Diablo - enough said!
This game was, well, a game changer! I can't even calculate how many weeks (in the forms of 5, 6 or 8 hours at a time) myself and my friends wasted on playing this game until the A.M. hours. This was also back when we were still rocking 28k, 33k and 56k modems! GOG PLEASE GET DIABLO II!!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING NERDY AND HOLY!
