You play Adam Jensen, an ex-SWAT specialist who's been handpicked to oversee the defensive needs of one of America's most experimental biotechnology firms. Your job is to safeguard company secrets, but when a black ops team breaks in and kills the very scientists you were hired to protect, everything you thought you knew about your job changes.
Key Features:

Choose your playing style and face the consequences of your actions: you decide how the story unfolds in his enhanced storyline featuring the full integration of "The Missing Link" and "Tongs Mission". I wanted to like it.
Only buy if you're a completionist. The DLC is long, boring and monotonous. I really wish GOG would carry the normal version. I'll be replaying my Steam copy of the original in the meantime.

Saving Issues
I'm here to report that this game does have serious & frustrating issues in regards to how it's unable to save your progress. First off, the auto-save is just plain broken as it displays "SAVE ERROR - The game could not be saved" after the first unskippable cutscene & the game simply crashes & subsequently boots you out when you try to manually save. I've looked up & attempted every solution possible online & none have stuck so I unfortunately can't recommend this game at least on GOG.

Played it on Steam re-bought it on here.
I really enjoyed playing through this game it was my first experience with the Deus Ex series. I feel like the reason this game looked so good when it came out was the graphics were pretty consistent. They weren't the highest resolution graphics in the world but everything fit because everything from trash on the streets to main character NPCs looked good. The story is great and it's just a really fun playthrough. If you are hyped for Cyberpunk 2077 these games might help fill the hole in your heart lol.

Don't know why people are saying this game is really buggy and crap but I love this game and I hardly found any glitches so far
