Played the others and 4.
Game 4 is exactly the same as previous in series. Same formula, same mistakes. No improvements. Game is utterly broken. Game is still under ea, but devs pop out a dlc? Seriously?

questionable base game content
Did you really make election content a paid DLC in a game called Democracy?? Selling policies in general makes it seem like a pay to win type of game. Does buying this DLC and selecting "health", which is always close to 100%, as a campaign focus basically just provide an election benefit for real money? Besides, I reloaded the game 20 times, and each time the election outcome was vastly different (I had between 11 and 31%). Perhaps winning should be slightly less based on chance. In any case, I think we can agree that it should be part of the base game. I want to have a challenging game, not one that is hard for base game owners, and easy for DLC owners.
