Their previous game Tower of TIme was more fun despite lower production values. Theres not many indie level cRPGs so I don't want to be too nitpicky. The story isn't bad but unoriginal. The characters are ok but little fleshed out. The world isn't really open: locations become available in a linear manner. The combat is quite fun and the development of characters gives plenty of options. If you are looking for a tactical game with some RPG elements this can be a good choice. But there are times it takes forever for stuff to load, and exiting the program can take over 3 minutes for it to stop playing with the HD or GPU. This is after I'm at the main menu.
