Phantom Liberty is a must-play.
The main story of Phantom Liberty is excellent. It's well-written, well-paced, and full of twists and turns. V is tasked with protecting the President of the New United States from a terrorist threat, but things quickly become more complicated than they seem. The new district of Dogtown is a great addition to Night City. It's a densely populated area with a unique atmosphere. There's plenty to see and do in Dogtown, including new side missions, gigs, and secrets to discover. The new characters in Phantom Liberty are also great. Idris Elba plays Solomon Reed, a sleeper agent who helps V throughout the expansion. He's a complex and well-written character, and Elba gives a fantastic performance. Finally, the new cyberware in Phantom Liberty is very cool. There are new weapons, implants, and other augmentations that can give V a significant edge in combat. Overall, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a fantastic expansion. It's everything you could want from a Cyberpunk DLC: a great story, new characters, new locations, and new gameplay mechanics.
