As others have mentioned, it looks great and sounds great, but what's the point when the gameplay is bogus; At the end of the day, that's what a game is, and it's just not here.
A ton of the recent changes are really cringe as well; feels political / ""inclusive"" at times.
I've played the game for around 10 hours and it is awesome. The game does have some minor visuals bug but that's all I've found. The controls take some time to figure out but the gunfights are fun and exciting. The melee combat is on point. The stealth is difficult but realistic. It's a visually stunning game. Great role-playing experience. There are times when you need to have a quick response and there are other times when you can think about what you want to say. The weapons are interesting different sights, firing rates, recoil, and damage. You can play the missions however you want and end up with different outcomes. I played the TTRPG and the spirit of that game is here the feel the emotions.
What I see is a small group of people who dislike the game for reasons other than the game. They jump on here and other platforms to push their political ideology into everything and frankly, the majority of people are getting sick of this bullshit.
I mean sure, I encountered some bugs. Not that many as I expected based on some reviews though. But hey, this game is stunning. With it's overwhelming open world and all the details, all the things you can do and explore - wow.
I pretty much ignored all the marketing and trailers with the exceptions of E3 demo and the launch trailer ( I highly recommend watching the launch trailer before starting the game and after finishing it). It was easy to foresee that anyone who will follow all the marketing material, will be disappointed by the final product. It takes time and experience to see that. Some younger gamers were trapped in the overhype illusion and got angry and disappointed at CDPR for releasing a "bad" game. I finished Cyberpunk 2077 and it was a fantastic journey. It is true that some quests and story lines maybe feel rushed or incomplete but the game as a whole is great! Played almost 100 hours and I'm taking a break at the moment but will return to experience all the different endings. I had only a few bugs in the game, and there were only a single bug which prevented me to complete all the side gigs (the bug has been fixed). I'm playing this game on a laptop with i7 and RTX 2070 on high settings and never experienced any performance issues. There will be patches that will greatly improve the game, because it is made by CDPR, and personally for me, it's quality is guaranteed, even if it got a bumpy launch.
