《赛博朋克 2077》

I played Cyberpunk when it was released, and it was really good, I had the chance to have almost no bugs, and these were only minor (and rather funny) bugs. So I ended the game and wanted to play it all over again but... it felt kinda boring to redo just after completing it. Now, years passed, and there's a DLC so I thought that'd be the good time to play it again. ...Except it's so boring to redo it's almost painful, I don't know exactly why, or if anybody else feels the same, but here's what, in my opinion, makes it so boring past the first playthrough: Bad gunfight: it feels kinda clunky, and I often die because I didn't notice I took so many shots, when you're hit, you just vaguely hear an aspiration sound effect. Compare that to the game with what I consider the best gunfight system: FEAR, where, when you're hit, camera move and you feel you're hit. Even compare it to Eye Divine Cybermency where your character is pushed backward... these are good mecanics. And somewhere around the middle of the game, everything is too easy, now that's a modern games problem, there's no darn levels or quest in games like Cyberpunk were you really have to focus and try several times like Blightown from Dark Souls or the graveyard quest from Vampire Bloodlines. The challenge is just absent here. Now, I know Cyberpunk was not focusing on the fight, but dammit it's part of the game, if you take it away, what's left ? RPG stuff ? And here's the second problem: it doesn't feel that much like an RPG, the skills are kinda useless, the dialogue options you unlock based on your attributes doesn't seem that important, and in the end, it doesn't feel like any of your choice matters much, except maybe for the different endings in the game which leads to what I really liked in the game. The story and the ambience are really good, and the lifespan of the game is great, so it's a great game to do once, just as you'd watch some series or movies once.

I enjoyed the game for a while, I reinstalled because I wanted to relax for a while, but there are a lot of new bugs and it is not fun anymore. so sad :(

so Expansion is out for a while now. was able to play a while. now it crashes on startup... maybe the recent patch, before i could at least start the game. reinstalling ... maybe i wait until cyberpunk 2 comes out. feels like it was more stable in the buggy early days. at least i was able to play the game.

The game is captivating. The graphics are very good, and the characters are well-written. The game features great action, as well as stealth and hacking elements. 10/10

(I WROTE A WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE NOTICING THAT I WROTE 3K WORDS MORE THAN THE LIMIT .. so i deleted the details and kept the titles :( ) We all agree about the horrible release. But the updates that this game has got under time shows that this studio really respect the players, other studios would consider a bad release as a failure and just forget about the game. But Cyberpunk 2077 and CD project red are different, they really believed in their game. I played this game once it was released, then i played it after 4 years, and it is a different game now. I give it 5/5, and here are some of the good things : - The story starts out simple, then becomes more complicated and develops more and more. - The gameplay is awesome, with many play styles that you can choose from as you see fit. - Good voice acting and many remarkable characters. - Many good systems like cars, weapons, upgrading, clothes, skills. - The messages that you get as you play is absolutely amazing and gives great feeling (especially the ones you get from your partner from time to time) And here are few things that was bad or could be better: - The characters' development could be better. - The illusion of choice. - Some things in the game exists for no reason or their existence could have more effect to the game. - Game details and complexity could be better. - The ending, i wished if the player could just keep playing after some of the endings without being sent back before doing the last quest. Lastly, thanks CD PROJECT RED for this Gem. It was a great experience and i am looking forward for the next game of the Cyberpunk world.
