《赛博朋克 2077》

Story: It's decent for the most part, but it's a disappointment compared to Witcher 3. It feels shallow. It's basically just V's personal quest to remove a chip from his head in order to survive, nothing more. I expected the game to talk more in-depth about the corporations, why they do what they do, why did they copy Johnny Silverhand's personality on the chip, etc. I expected there to be some sort of big mystery, behind it, but nope. Deus Ex: Human Revolution does a much better job at this. Characters: They're mostly boring and shallow. I ended up almost falling asleep when talking to some of them (khm, khm, Judy, khm, khm). They're basically just there to give you quests so you could earn XP and Eddies some way, nothing more. There is no emotional connection with any of them whatsoever. The moment you end their questline, they become irrelevant, and might just as well delete themselves from the game. The only exception is Johnny Silverhand, which I think is one of the best side characters in gaming. I honestly think it would've been way better if we could've played as him for the entire game. Gameplay: It's decent. Some aspects of it are borderline useless, like crafting, which I didn't use AT ALL. Driving is kinda clunky, like in GTA IV. Guns are good, have a good punch to them, and I generally liked using them, although some gimmicky weapons (with tracking bullets and ricochet shot) are just too complex and not worth bothering to learn how to use. Stealth is fine. Gameplay is all in all decent, but nothing to write home about. World: All flash and no substance. LOOKS interesting, but it ends up FEELING empty and boring. You don't have the same feeling of openness you had in Witcher 3, where you would go off the beaten path just for fun or to satisfy your feeling of curiosity. Here it just serves as a backdrop while traveling from point A to point B. Nothing about this world is memorable. Reccomendation?: Not in current state(bugs, glitches). Wait for sale.

This game is like a modern film with special effects, impressive to see, without any contents. Quests are broken, story is broke.. AI is totally inadequate, and Night City is full of mannequins, stupid bots... far away from a living city. Don't buy at full price! I'm asking refund since 7 days and still not recived a reply from GOG...

Straight up lies up to as soon as October 15th in your videos marketing this as having features like buying houses. Lies regarding the performance on previous gen consoles, to your customers and investors. Less "RPG" than Witcher 3, has exactly one storyline that offers truly divergent choice, conveniently also your vertical slice. Buggiest launch in the gaming industry in a long time. Got DELISTED from Playstation store. An achievement. Maybe next time listen to the devs and delay the game.

What makes game a masterpiece? A nice story, Music that matches the theme of the game and most important gameplay, Cyberpunk 2077 delivers a nice story with good music and graphics but has very poor gameplay, even games from the previous decade like gta sa had better gameplay mechanics and physics than cyberpunk 2077. Police system requires complete overhaul. Human physics should be improved and collisions should be worked upon. Game is audio-visually next-gen but gameplay doesn't even match the previous generation.

This is my first game review, and i wanted to post it because it's the first GOG purchase I regret. A lot of reviewers and critics have concentrated on the shoddy quality of the game as released on day one (bugs, glitches, performance), and the game is definitely not optimized well. For me - whatever that's worth - though, this is just a really boring game. The visuals are lively, but driving through the city is a chore because the controls are not great, and walking everywhere is a chore because the city is lifeless. In the first 20 minutes of play, I saw the same kid in glasses walk around about 30 times. The city constantly reminds me that it's a failed attempt at creating a living, breathing world (either through environmental exploration of a future world as the Deus Ex series or the new Prey did so well, or with a set of lore and characters like Dragon Age Origins, or with those elements combined with visceral, immersive visuals like Witcher 3). It may just be me, but i have zero interest in exploring the city any further or learning about anyone's story. I almost wish you could teleport to the conversations and set pieces because exploring is dull and combat is lackluster and not exciting, and hacking is boring. But then i remember i don't really care about the story or characters. Maybe development will improve, and the developers definitely are great at continuing to improve their games, but i would definitely wait a really long time before paying for this. For me, it's money completely wasted. *Extra star because the visuals are interesting, and i do believe they will improve the game eventually.
