At first I'd like to say that the game is not bad, but it is not masterpice or GOTY in its current state. I would give it 8/10 if the game was polished. For now it;s about 6.5 or 7/10 from me.
The game runs quite fine for me, I encountered some bugs but nothing gamebreaking, I had to reload a save only once during a quest and I have about 10 hours of playtime.
So far:
+ Night City is very impressive
+ good atmosphere
+ good quests and characters
+ story and writning
+ runs not bad for me and I'm playing on slightly below than minimum requirements: I3-4150, radeon r7 370, SSD, 8GB RAM
- Police system is absolutely terrible, I have no idea who thought it would be good to have police spawn out of thin air instantly after commiting crime, even if no one is watching and then you can just run 50 meters of and they give up. They also can't drive cars.
- AI driving doesn't exist, cars won't go around an obstacle
- Combat sometimes feels bullet spongy
- Character cuztomization cannot be changed in any way after starting, not even a haircut (With so much emphasis put on advertasing the customization)
-In witcher you could play gwent and I hoped some type of card game would be avalible in Night City
- No car chases outside mission (Which would be intresting)
- Some buttons are badly set, like crouch and skipping dialog on the same button (C),
- Many cut corners
- Ocasional bugs and glitches
- While driving you can't shoot, or even turn back in first person to see while reversing.
CONCLUSION:
You know how poeople talk that Witcher 3 combat is bad but the story makes up for it more than enough?
In case of Cyberpunk instead of combat, almost every aspect is good at best, and I am not sure if the story can make up for it enough for it to be a high rated game. My opinion may change after playing more, or after fixes.
I am still enjoing the game, but it is disapointing. Game could of have been so much better than it is
