So I understand everyone thought this game was going to be flawless and perfect but it is not and that is fine so here is what the game is really like the game has a great setting and map the graphics are one of the best I have ever seen yeah there are glitches but in my 20-30 hours the only ones I have seen are a couple audio glitches and a 10 sec awkward silence before phone calls end. The story is phenomenal and there are a good amount of side quests so I would %100 recommend this game ( 8.5/10)
From me, the game is great. It was really an experience that transported me to the world of the future in which I spent and lived dozens hours. The game is really immersive from a first person point of view, especially the atmosphere and the design of how everything looks, feels and sounds incredible. The stories of the game are also very interesting and touch on things that make you pause, think about and maybe shed a tear. The characters in the game are great, they are from different backgrounds, with their own past and problems. They are also greatly dubbed and memorable, I really developed a relationship with some of them. Same the music, it can evoke an action mega blast, tension and emotions. As for how the game is played, it is probably nothing special but it is comfortable to control and it is very diverse in what you can use as means of transport, weapons and hacking skills. I'm more for the atmosphere and immersion in the world and the story. If you like that stuff also, I can only recommend the game. It's a damn cool experience choomba! What's going on around the game is another matter. I enjoyed the game a lot but some people don't enjoy it the way they should. Mainly the owners of the "old gen" console. Even the PC version has problems and sometimes it can spoil the experience a bit in some situations. But that can be found in all games. For those who are not in rush, I might advise you to wait a while, because it really seems that some things in the game are unfinished. The developers plan to continue working on and improving the game, so it may be worth to wait some time and having the first experience in the best possible way. I will personally return to the game in a year to play it again and I am really curious how it will change in that time.
People have been jumping on the hate wagon and it really altered my perception of the quality of the game. Yes it has bugs, but not enough to where it ruined my experience.
It took me a few hours to get into the story, kinda like witcher 3 (that took me a quite a few hours to get hooked). I'm 10 hours into it and I'm really digging it. Very cool characters that somehow I feel invested in.
I despised the new star wars movies. They looked beautiful, sounded beautiful, had so so characters that could have been so good, but the story was trash. Cyberpunk 2077, I'm really enjoying it.
I completed the game last year, and have just started through it again. If not for the constant barrage of critisism I could honestly say that I've noticed very little wrong with the game. Sure, there are bugs, but no more than any other open world game. The pros far outway the cons, the main story (though short) is engaging, and on my second play through I'm still seeing areas I'd not visited previously and certainly being regularly 'wowed' by the graphics (everything is on the highest setting and it runs like a dream). I've had the odd bug that's stopped progression with certain side quests, but I'm not going to complain like a toddler about that, the game is quite an achievement to say the last. 100% happy? Nope, but I accept it for what it is, and enjoyed playing through the game enough to start all over again. Highly recommended.
thought it would be a lot worse but was pleasantly surprised by the game, i do like it but it is really flawed at the same time, hopefully they fix it up to make it a solid game
