I Played +200H as streetkid and corpo, on a i7 4790, GTX1050TI and 24GB RAM, sure there are some bugs, but it never crashed no slow or lagged play, nothing like PS4 version. I really enjoy the Story, the world, the combat, stealth. It has a lot of epic stuff, and wit some patches and new DLCs could be legendary. Just my Opinion.
+ story & many interesting side quests
+ graphics
+ stability (the gam has not crashed on my PC since the release)
+ music
- bugs (but they are just funny, it is always possible to complete missions or it just needs you to restart the game)
story 9/10
the length of the game medium or short in compare with witcher 3
graphics (I've was playing with intel core I5 9400F, GTX 1060 Gaming X, 16GB ram and SSD disc) at the most graphics settings at low or maybe sometimes medium at 40 FPS . 7/10
gameplay (shooting) I'd like the feeling of shooting because it's satisfying
My rating from 0 to 10 of the cyberpunk is 9,5/10 bcs it's my favorite game I've ever played BUT I'm waiting for hotfixes and lot of patches and of course :> lot of DLC's
Powodzenia CD PROJEKT RED (Good luck CDPROJEKT RED)
Okay first: The STORY is really GREAT. Really. Quit crying about the bugs, they will be fixed. (*)
I didn't jump on the hype train in 2020, so I don't know what people were expecting it to be.
I did NOT preorder, I did NOT pay 100% price. I got it -20%, EVEN after all the media critique, dissapointment rants, crying, etc.
I kind of went in with quite mediocre expectations.
And the game surprised me twice:
1. First you notice your PC CAN'T HANDLE the game :D
Im not nerdy Uncle Scrooge, but a basic gamer (GTX 1060 6GB). So pull the shadow details down and use Static FidelityFX CAS 60-75% and you will do fine. If you have a better graphics card, then you can enjoy even better graphics. You will manage. Maybe in 2022 we all can buy new old GPUs which can handle the game just fine.
2. The STORY and CONNECTION you'll create for the characters is something different.
This game made me think about life and living, the future of our planet and society. It made me WANT to succeed with the partner of the main character. Never *really* had that emotion before (allthough haven't played Witcher 3 yet, so...)
I think one of the key things here is well written dialogue and the immersion what JALI (facial animation engine) does. And all the hours of motion capture for all characters. I REALLY, REALLY appreciate the effort what the CDP has put into this.
PROs;
+ Story
+ Gameplay
+ Immersion
+ Future possibilities (DLC's, etc)
NEGs:
- I know they had lots more thought for the first act: deeper connection for your buddy, etc.
- They maybe rushed some bits of the stories (scripted scenes)
- Maybe could hade done the RPG-elements even more substantial or effective
- More options/actions for character (after creation)
(*) = 1.2 is stable enough. I started playing in 1.12. I have had more crashes in Division 2, than this. It is sometimes buggy, but that is NOT the point. The point is to see the bigger picture: the story of the game is immersive and really great.
Played on patch 1.2 only and with an RTX rig.
The world design, main story, side quests, gunplay and attention to detail are amazing. Also the levelling is quite diverse, there are various builds. GTA style effing around doesn't work in this game, true, however, I wasn't looking for that either.
