I will not say much, other user have said it. You need a Internet Connection to use a external tool... why the hell? DRM bullcrap it's what this is. "DO NOT BUY THIS"

this could be free in-game content
There is a map in the game, yes, so you won't get lost. However, such a nice map could be part of the game already. CD Project RED might focus on making something like this as a free in-game update.

DRM
To some comments that claim this is not DRM, making a service that does not need to be online, online-only only has one propose bandwidth is not free. Should be removed and apology made.
