The Cossacks series are a bestseller of the real-time strategy game genre that sold over 4 million copies worldwide. This pack includes the original Cossacks and its two expansions in which the developers really took the feedback from the fans into consideration, and through that they managed to improve the game even further. atrocious, in the most literal sense

When an enemy unit gets close to one of your peasants and you don't have a military unit of your own nearby, the peasant switches sides. Then, when your own military unit gets back, they will shoot the peasant. There is no way to stop this behaviour. Your military will butcher its own people, just because these people have temporarily fallen under the influence of the enemy. This goes far beyond the usual war atrocities that I expect from a war game. I uninstalled in disgust.
