If The X-Files was action game...
Control is a really good game with the X-Files vibe. The story is partially enigmatic but engrossing. Secret federal agency dealing with supernatural phenomena is attacked by some mysterious force and you need to clean this mess (and fulfill your personal objectives) as a Director even though you should be just a cleaner. Some references to Alan Wake are fine too. The 2 things I don't like very much is that the gun is fairly weak (even upgraded) compared to Jessie's powers so you're just throwing various objects at your enemies most of the time. The second - much worse - thing is unpatched bug during fight with Anchor. You'll need set affinity to 4 CPU cores temporarily and enable one hit kill for the battle to avoid constant crashes during the fight.
