maybe "not Romeo/Juliet"-stories r great

...so I don't want to be harsh on it facts are: a hint of a "romeo and juliet"-like story... or "west side story" (I really wouldn't go there, but here it is) some management stuff, perhaps, when having to make drinks and food for all the visitors? the milk art was the most interesting part for me, although you can do whatever you want, his comment will be the same (for now?)... and a writer overcoming her writer's block my character didn't say a word, but must have said something... so I guess that was "dialogue options" still being hidden... "Branching storylines, where the branches are determined not by the dialogue options you choose, but from how you serve your café customers" is the most intruiging part of their game description... for I don't know how that is going to work.

Hopefully the full game has more to do

I felt like I was clicking three buttons, making terrible latte art, and the rest of the time was just reading text. I couldn't even participate in the conversation. Hopefully there is more to the full game. Right now it doesn't really feel like a game, unfortunately.

Very Stylized Game

Gameplay is fine and smooth, dialog timing is quite good. Simply I don't like the theme, like smoking indoor and character designs, overall atmosphere, etc, doesn't mean it's not good for other people who like this. Just like I'll never sit in a street punk coffee shop.

Curious but needs some tweaks

I'm curious about full game, hope it'll be similar in depth to Gagex's Hungry Hearts Diner. In the full game I hope to see a way around constantly skipping through short sentences ("..."s drove me nuts, especially with the pause between the press of the key and game's reaction), and a better learning curve. I'm not ACTUALLY a barista :), so I have no clue how to make latte art and I need a distinction between settings I can and cannot change (on drinks).
