Best JRPG of 2025
Absolutely marvelous game. The main storyline can be completed in around 30 hours, the next 30 hours for additional content, and the last 30 hours for you know who.

Great (f/j)RPG!
Beautiful graphics and story, great turn based combat system with action elements, and decent (if confusing) character building. It's also learned things from games like slay the spire, funnily enough, in how the skills interact with each other and apply stacked debuffs etc. Unfortunately I had already bought the game on Steam. If I had realized they were planning to release on GOG I would 100% have gotten it here instead :).

Crashes out of the box, but can be fixed
Edit: GOGs help service provided a long list of solutions. One has worked, I just don't know which one it was, or maybe all of them. Now it did not crash in 3h straight and its as good es everyone says it is. Just too bad its not working out of the box. ----- Original post: I did not get the chance to experience the game since it constantly crashes on my AMD CPU / nVidia GPU. I tried several approaches and it simply does not stop crashing. I am way above the minimal specs, so no worries there. Seems badly optimized with stuttering cut scenes and strange lags from time to time. I am really disappointed that this has not been adressed yet, since I am not the only one experiencing those crashes.

Must Buy even at full price
100% support this developer and GOG's approach to game preservation. I normally wait and buy on GOG before steam when games I want are available, in this case I double-dipped for the reasons stated. Superb game not to be missed (or be TRULY owned).
