每个循环，你都要掷出骰子，为空间站上花样百出的行动分配不同的点数。靠着这一个个行动，你将抉择何事、何人对你最为重要，从而塑造身边人的生活，并最终影响空间站的未来。
时钟记录着你乃至空间站上众人的行动。从成为远眺酒吧的常驻成员，到保护朋友不被亚特坎治安兵追杀，有了时钟，就既能追踪自己的足迹，又能了解一举一动在身边世界泛起的涟漪。
你要完成的不是任务，而是“动因”——挑选和抉择对你举足轻重的故事和活动，就靠它来引导。追踪动因，就能磨练角色的五项技能（机械、界面、耐久、直觉及投入），解锁各种特长和奖励，反映或改变你要在这个世界上如何生存下去。
《深空梦里人》共有三个于发售后推出的 DLC 章节——《浪涌》《避难》《清除》，如今都将包含在游戏的现行版本中。这三章将拓宽游戏世界，还会向厄灵之眼加入额外角色和地点，为游戏后期引入精彩纷呈的全新剧情。

Fans of the cyberpunk genre will love it
As a huge fan of the cyberpunk genre, including the CyberpunkRED RPG, Cyberpunk2077, and and other media, this has been a must play for a long time. And boy was it worth it. The art, the story, the heart wrenching choices you have to make, everything oozes the genre. If you haven't had the chance to play it yet, absolutely do!

Nearly Perfect
This game is the most refreshing and engaging title I have played in a long time. The mechanics are both intuitive and engaging. The action flows smoothly and the variety of ways to play feels organic and open. What really takes the experience to another level is the amazing storyline. These characters are deep, and their world is complex. Nothing is straightforward, and choices matter. Humanity is front and center, along with the messy choices, heartbreak and stress, there is also beauty, humor and meaningful friendship. I loved every moment of this title.

One of the best written games ever
One could think, the gameplay is little unnecessary. That's story what makes this game briliant, and art (together with music), but this whole dice mechanic can be a little too much to some players. But it adds tempo to the game, which would overwhelming, if reduced to the story only. In effect one can't wait to roll some dice after some story, and the other way around, can't wait to get into the story after mechanics segment. Great design, after all.

Boring narrative, game play ok
Seemed like it might be a fun, relaxing game. And the actual game play was fine. I'm not sure why the praise for the writing in so many reviews. It is so full of fluff that makes it unbearably long without saying much. Apparently, every character has anything and everything to say and show to the most observant player character ever, but the player character only responds in “what?”, ” Who?”, “What do you mean?”, or silence. In short, the writing was boring and shallow and ruined the acceptable game play.
