Hail Caesar! Starting as governor of a newly formed province in the Roman Empire your goal is simple: advance up the empire's political ladder to become the next Caesar. As governor, you will have total control over your province: including city planning, finances, and defenses. Clunky but good
Since the beginning this game has been problematical to play. It hesitates and drops frames regardless of the machine that it is running on. It doesn't have enough scenarios. When you are at the end, you find yourself wondering where the rest of the game is. However, what there is of it is still fun to play. The mechanics are better than other games in the genre. It is replayable.

Have always loved Caesar 3 and 4. Its been a while since i played and just trying to get used to the new features.

Forgotten gem
Been a while playing Caesar IV. Doesn't beat the Cauesar III ride, but it is still a fun game. The graphics upgrade gives it its idiodyncracy and identity.

OMFG GOG did it.
This is the FIRST EVER digital version of Caesar 4 in the mankind history. GREAT JOB GOG! The game itself is not as good as it's predecessor(s), but it's still better than most of the games in the genre back in it's time.
