Hail Caesar! Starting as governor of a newly formed province in the Roman Empire your goal is simple: advance up the empire's political ladder to become the next Caesar. As governor, you will have total control over your province: including city planning, finances, and defenses. Pale shadow of Caesar 3
Its a pale, pale shadow of Caesar 3. The graphics are nice I guess. That's about all I can think of in praise of this flawed title. I shut it off after an hour and never went back. I would purchase Caesar 3 regardless of how much fun you have with this game as its the peak of the series and a truly enjoyable game.
