Won't start. GOG won't repair installer.
This is a known problem and has apparently been around for years. From what I can gather, GOG packed the wrong files into the installer. What a way to push their "optional" alpha client. It's the 0xc000007b error. There are a lot of videos on youtube and threads on the forum about the topic, none of them helps, some are completely unintelligible, most of them aren't at all trustworthy and most of them ask you to delete random files from your computer. None of that would be necessary if GOG fixed the installer. I'd return the game, but I was a kickstarter backer. I haven't logged into my humble bundle account for at least five years, so please cross your fingers that that at least that version still works. So, thanks again for wasting my time and making previous purchases worthless, GOG!

Won't start
The game won't start. Error 7b. Support pages useless. Link to supposed solution broken. For this price you don't want to be messing around for hours trying to get it to work. Seriously! Don't bother buying this game.

Amazing work on Broken Sword 5
Being a proud backer of the project i was so glad to see how well broken sword 5 is. They are back with the same touch as broken sword 1 & 2 :) Very well done part 1 ....can't wait to see part 2 !
