Love letter to action heroes
Yes, it is fun game, where you can play with different heroes (bros called), most of them are known from movies or comics from 70s through the 2000s. The environment is totally destructible which sound, looks and works great. Big pixel explosions everywhere. The missions in the campain last some minutes (but if you want to destroy everything), they can last longer. There are some missions, that has a type of timer, to finish them. The boss are unique and it can be frustrating at times, yet it can be finished with a bit of luck and training. There is an arcade mode, co-op play and online play. Didn't try these. There is also an alpha version of built-in level editor, where you can make your own levels. Didn't really try it, but it looks quite simple to use. I was surprised how well the game plays with keyboard. Since it does have shooting only in horizontal direction (mostly) that shouldn't be a problem. The movement, jumps etc. are all precisely translated to the keys and works flawlessly. At least for me. It has solid performance even on integrated graphics (Intel HD530 in my case). However at later levels, especially the hell level in USA, where there is much going on the screen, I had horrible frame drops. But other than that is is worth to invest, especially when it is on sale.
