It's basically a boardgame
I was thinking it would be more like Railroad Tycoon. But it plays mostly like a boardgame. I ended up getting stuck too because I couldn't find enough jobs to do after running about 15 of them.

This has to be a joke.
No one involved in this game had any goal of doing anything other than being mean. Why would anyone allow douchbags like this to develop games?
