Blade Runner

I played it when I was like 6. Never finished it and mainly watched my father play it. Nowadays I can not play it with my 4k LG monitor and 1080p BenQ secondary monitor without crashing. NOW GOG has this game for sale and runs on the Scummvm Emulator (is this an emulator, I guess.). It runs at the right speed to not mess up CPU clock cycles for every time depending gameplay like running after suspects and similar. It scales perfectly to 4k on my 27" screen and does not even need changing the resolution in Scummvm itself. In other words; the game runs in borderless-window. Great music, Great feeling, Great mouse translation! If you have not played it - you missed out !!!

Got so excitet that almost cry from happynes. After so many years I got to play it again. Didnt remember much of old game play. And also have feling that this time i played totaly different plot line and ending. (there should be 13 of them) Dispite pixelated graphic it didnt loose anything from its delightfull atmosfere. Its still jewel!! p.s. did anyone played it with designers cut on?

My heart is beating, my palms are sweating. Where did this suddenly come from? I have been waiting so long to finally be able to play this game again. It's a fantastic adventure game, absolutely teeming with atmosphere and nostalgia. For fans of both adventure games and the movie.

I had the game back in the days but never finished it. Finally GoG have it and I'm super excited to have a go at it again after so many years 😁👍👍👍

A really fine adventure with the right Blade Runner feeling. The puzzles may not be as elaborated as in other games of it's kind and it might not have left such an impace as for example the Monkey Island series, but it's a solid adventure with some action elements, the storytelling is great and you even get to use the 3D photo analyzer. The game uses voxels for the character modes which allows a model with only a few polygons to look quite realistic, also other than a 2D character it can react to the lights around id, but it also makes them look blurry. This technology was abandoned, since using more polygons creates better results. But for time and genre where 3d cards were far from being standard equipment, it was a good compromise. If you don't have this game it, buy it. I however, own the CD version already which works just fine with ScummVM, so I'll wait for a sale.
